The Texas Coffee Company is a family-owned business from Beaumont, Texas. Manufacturers of Seaport Coffee and TexJoy seasonings and spices since 1921, their flavors are found in kitchens, tailgates, grocery stores, and restaurants throughout the Gulf Coast, extending far past their core SETX and SWLA area.
The steak seasoning is all-purpose (not just for steaks) and it is so well-known, folks just refer to it as “TexJoy” rather than the specific seasoning blend. As the decades have passed, they’ve added shelves upon shelves worth of new blends that have customers salivating with glee including Old West Mesquite BBQ Rub, Rooster Booster Chicken Seasoning, the Salt-free Herbs du Beaumont spice, and they’re even the makers of Saltgrass Steak House 7 Steak Spice.
